After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal labour, activities of daily living impaired, bladder prolapse, forceps delivery, impaired healing, incorrect dose administered, off label use, uterine hypertonus, uterine prolapse. Cytotec dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
