Male patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with burkitt's lymphoma, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and was treated with Cytosine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood cholesterol increased, blood triglycerides increased, osteonecrosis
, osteoporosis
, pain in extremity, spinal compression fracture. Cytosine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOXORUBICIN, METHOTREXATE, VINCRISTINE, HYDROCORTISONE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, PREDNISOLONE, RITONAVIR, SAQUINAVIR. Patient was hospitalized.
