Female patient was diagnosed with tri-iodothyronine decreased, autoimmune thyroiditis, menopause  and was treated with Cytomel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest discomfort, frequent bowel movements, insomnia, palpitations, pruritus, tri-iodothyronine decreased.
