After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, hepatic failure, renal failure. Cymevene dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SANDIMMUNE, CELLCEPT, CIPROFLOXACIN HYDROCHLORIDE, FLAGYL, FUNGILIN, MYCOSTATIN, WARAN. Patient died on 02/22/2005.
