Cymevene Side Effects Report #5684741-4
Cymevene side effect was reported by a Health Professional from BELGIUM on Oct 18, 1989. Female patient, weighting 14.55 lb, was diagnosed with cytomegalovirus infection  and was treated with Cymevene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, encephalitis , neutropenia, thrombocytopenia. Cymevene dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ORTHOCLONE OKT, STEROIDS NOS, ATGAM, IMIPENEM, AZATHIOPRINE, ACYCLOVIR. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 10/28/1989.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic valve sclerosis, aortic valve stenosis, bone marrow failure, coronary artery disease , hypoplastic anaemia, leukopenia, neutropenia, septic shock. Cymevene dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KLEXANE, DIFLUCAN, ISMOX, SPESICOR. Patient died on 10/23/2005.
