Cymevan Side Effects Report #4845190-1
Cymevan side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Sept 24, 2002. Male patient, 43 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection
and was treated with Cymevan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, coma, dehydration, diarrhoea, haemoglobin decreased, leukopenia, neuropathy peripheral, neutropenia, platelet count decreased. Cymevan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM, VALCYTE, RIVOTRIL, OSFOLATE, VIREAD, KALETRA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
