After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, formication, herpes simplex . Cymbalta dosage: 30 MG. During the same period patient was treated with STRATTERA, NEURONTIN, AMITRIPTYLINE HYDROCHLORIDE, ZANAFLEX. Patient recovered.
