Cyclobenzaprine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 30, 2007. Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with muscle spasms, depression , arthritis infective, pain  and was treated with Cyclobenzaprine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: serotonin syndrome. Cyclobenzaprine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NARDIL, CEFAZOLIN, OXYCODONE, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
