Cyclobenzaprine Side Effects Report #4649637-5
Cyclobenzaprine side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 27, 2005. Male patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt and was treated with Cyclobenzaprine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood disorder, completed suicide, electrocardiogram qrs complex shortened, heart rate increased, intentional misuse, respiratory arrest, stupor. Cyclobenzaprine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN, CHLORZOXAZONE, METHYLPHENIDATE, HALOPERIDOL, DIPHENHYDRAMINE, CEPHALEXIN, NAPROXEN, ETHANOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL CITRATE, OXYCODONE, ATENOLOL, FUROSEMIDE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, CONJEGATED ESTROGEN, TEMAZEPAM, CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
