Cyclobenzaprine Side Effects Report #5105545-7
Cyclobenzaprine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 05, 2006. Male patient, 41 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt and was treated with Cyclobenzaprine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: completed suicide, hypotension, intentional overdose, mental impairment, pneumonia aspiration, rhabdomyolysis, vomiting. Cyclobenzaprine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, LORAZEPAM, CLONAZEPAM, VENLAFAXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
