Cyclobenzaprine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 07, 2005. Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt and was treated with Cyclobenzaprine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, completed suicide, depressed level of consciousness, dysarthria, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, intentional misuse, labile blood pressure, metabolic acidosis, overdose. Cyclobenzaprine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, BUPROPION, SIMVASTATIN, ESTROGEN. Patient died.
