Male patient, 21 years of age, weighting 120.0 lb, was diagnosed with neck injury and was treated with Cyclobenzaprine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , fall . Cyclobenzaprine dosage: 10 MG; 3 TIMES A DAY; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE AND ACETAMINOPHEN, NAPROXEN. Patient died on 01/11/2007.

Patient recovered.
