Cyclobenzaprine Side Effects Report #5103479-5
Cyclobenzaprine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 05, 2006. Female patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt and was treated with Cyclobenzaprine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, completed suicide, convulsion, hepatic function abnormal, respiratory distress. Cyclobenzaprine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN AND HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Cyclobenzaprine dosage: 60-80 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NORTRIPTYLINE, DIVALPROEX, SUMATRIPTAN, GABAPENTIN, MECLIZINE, FUROSEMIDE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure systolic increased, bradycardia, cardiac arrest , completed suicide, convulsion, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, electromechanical dissociation, hypotension, incorrect dose administered. Cyclobenzaprine dosage: 10 MG/ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with BUPROPION HYDROCHLORIDE, METHYLPHENIDATE. Patient died.
