Male patient, 50 years of age, weighting 160.0 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasms, pain  and was treated with Cyclobenzaprine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation , gait disturbance, insomnia, multiple sclerosis , muscular weakness, restlessness. Cyclobenzaprine dosage: 10 MG; 3 TIMES A DAY; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ETODOLAC, SIMVASTATIN. Patient recovered.
