Cyclobenzaprine side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 04, 2005. Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with pain , insomnia, depression  and was treated with Cyclobenzaprine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , arrhythmia , carotid artery disease , chest discomfort, chest pain , circulatory collapse, convulsion, dizziness . Cyclobenzaprine dosage: 60-80 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NORTRIPTYLINE, DIVALPROEX, SUMATRIPTAN, GABAPENTIN, MECLIZINE, FUROSEMIDE. Patient recovered.
