After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , completed suicide, hyperthermia. Cyclobenzaprine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METAXALONE, PAROXETINE, CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
