Cyclobenzaprine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Feb 29, 2008. Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 200.0 lb, was diagnosed with muscle spasms, pain  and was treated with Cyclobenzaprine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, agitation, confusional state, dehydration, depressed level of consciousness, dry mouth, mental status changes, miosis, oxygen saturation decreased. Cyclobenzaprine dosage: 5MG TID PO. During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
