Cyanocobalamin side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Feb 17, 2006. Male patient, 37 years of age, weighting 198.4 lb, was diagnosed with gastrointestinal stromal tumour and was treated with Cyanocobalamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb, chest pain What is  chest pain, dyspnoea, hypertension, red blood cell sedimentation rate increased, troponin t increased. Cyanocobalamin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLEEVEC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
