and was treated with Cyanocobalamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, basal cell carcinoma, bone pain, bronchitis
, cardiac tamponade, catheter related complication, chest discomfort, chest pain
. Cyanocobalamin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, EVISTA, FOSAMAX, MECLIZINE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
