After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood disorder, bone marrow disorder, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy, deafness, hallucination, ill-defined disorder, pain

. Cyanocobalamin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.
