Cyanocobalamin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 24, 2008. Female patient, 85 years of age, weighting 125.0 lb, was diagnosed with red blood cell count and was treated with Cyanocobalamin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic dissection. Cyanocobalamin dosage: 1ML ONCE IM. Patient died on 02/03/2008.
