After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asphyxia, bradycardia, catheter related complication, neonatal cardiac failure, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, neonatal respiratory failure, oxygen saturation decreased, procedural complication. Curosurf dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Curosurf dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMPICILLIN, DOPAMINE, INSULIN, GENTAMICIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/14/2006.
