Curosurf side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SWEDEN on Oct 20, 2005. Male patient was diagnosed with respiratory distress and was treated with Curosurf. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, cardiac arrest , oxygen saturation decreased, pneumopericardium, shock. Curosurf dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENOTAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Curosurf side effect was reported by a Health Professional from ITALY on Oct 25, 2005. Male patient was diagnosed with respiratory distress and was treated with Curosurf. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acidosis, cardiac arrest , pneumopericardium, shock. Curosurf dosage: 3 ML-INTRATRACHEAL. During the same period patient was treated with PHENOTAL, PHENOBARBITAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
