Cubicin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 09, 2005. Male patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with staphylococcal infection  and was treated with Cubicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection , blood culture positive, erythema multiforme, hypotension, neoplasm, sputum culture positive, staphylococcal infection , stevens-johnson syndrome. Cubicin dosage: 500 MG;Q24H; IV. During the same period patient was treated with LOPRESSOR, LASIX, REGLAN, TYLENOL, LOMOTIL, VERSED, ACYCLOVIR, VANCOMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
