Cubicin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on Oct 06, 2008. Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 194.0 lb, was diagnosed with staphylococcal sepsis and was treated with Cubicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthritis bacterial, disease progression, endocarditis , multi-organ failure, myopericarditis, renal failure, staphylococcal bacteraemia, staphylococcal sepsis. Cubicin dosage: 490 MG;Q24H; IV. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, ZOSYN, ROCEPHIN, CIPROFLOXACIN, PLAVIX, COUMADIN, STEROIDS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
