Male patient, 74 years of age, weighting 177.0 lb, was diagnosed with blood cholesterol increased and was treated with Crestor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, arthralgia, balance disorder, decreased activity, difficulty in walking, gait disturbance, muscle spasms, nerve compression, pain in extremity. Crestor dosage: 10 MG PO. During the same period patient was treated with AMARYL, GLUCOPHAGE, IBUPROFEN, SKELAXIN, KEFLEX. Patient recovered.
