Cranoc side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Dec 01, 2005. Female patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with lipid metabolism disorder, hypertension, asthma What is  asthma and was treated with Cranoc. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bile duct stone, blood bilirubin increased, bronchitis acute, c-reactive protein increased, carbohydrate antigen 19-9 increased, cholestasis, diarrhoea, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, jaundice What is  jaundice. Cranoc dosage: 40 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with CONCOR, VIANI. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 244.7 lb, was diagnosed with hypercholesterolaemia, influenza and was treated with Cranoc. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bilirubin conjugated increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood creatinine increased, bundle branch block left, c-reactive protein increased, chromaturia, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, gastrointestinal hypomotility. Cranoc dosage: 80 MG, QW2. During the same period patient was treated with PARACETAMOL, MOXONIDINE, DISALUNIL, CONCOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased, chromaturia, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hypotonia, liver function test abnormal, myocardial infarction, pain in extremity, transaminases increased. Cranoc dosage: 80 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with SORMODREN, ISOKET RETARD, CONCOR, FUROSEMIDE, ALLOPURINOL, ASPIRIN, SORTIS, FADUL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
