After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alveolitis, interstitial lung disease, left ventricular failure, pulmonary embolism , pulmonary fibrosis , pulmonary hypertension . Coversyl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROZAC, FONZYLANE, DITROPAN, IMOVANE, ZOCOR. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
