Coversyl dosage: DAILY DOSE: 4 MILLIGRAM(S). During the same period patient was treated with DIAMICRON MR, METFORMIN, ROSIGLITAZONE, ASPIRIN, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, SIMVASTATIN, AMIODARONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
