Cotrimoxazole side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 14, 2005. Male patient was diagnosed with pneumocystis jiroveci infection and was treated with Cotrimoxazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia. Cotrimoxazole dosage: 1600/320 MG Q8H PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
