Male patient, 74 years of age, weighting 127.9 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Cotareg. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: creatinine renal clearance decreased, dyspnoea, hypoglycaemia, pulmonary fibrosis What is  pulmonary fibrosis, renal failure. Cotareg dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CORDARONE, PREVISCAN, AMLOR, HYPERIUM, MIXTARD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
