Cosmegen side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on July 01, 2005. Female patient, child 10 years of age, weighting 61.73 lb, was diagnosed with malignant mesenchymoma and was treated with Cosmegen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, growth retardation, hypothyroidism, vomiting. Cosmegen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IFOSFAMIDE, VINCRISTINE SULPHATE, ETOPOSIDE, CARBOPLATIN, EPIRUBICIN HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angiopathy, bone marrow failure, microangiopathy, poor sucking reflex, pyrexia, urine output decreased, vomiting. Cosmegen dosage: 0.045 MG; IV 0.07 MG; IV 0.045 MG; IV. During the same period patient was treated with ONCOVIN, DOXORUBICIN HYDROCHLORIDE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ETOPOSIDE, IFOSFAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
