Cosmegen side effect was reported by a Physician from on Sept 03, 2004. Female patient, 18 years of age, weighting 176.4 lb, was diagnosed with hodgkin's disease  and was treated with Cosmegen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, bone marrow depression, dermatitis exfoliative, gastrointestinal mucosal necrosis, leukopenia, oral mucosal exfoliation, respiratory failure, thrombocytopenia. Cosmegen dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 27 years of age, was diagnosed with gestational trophoblastic tumour and was treated with Cosmegen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain oedema, respiratory failure, thrombocytopenia. Cosmegen dosage: 0.5 MG; IV. During the same period patient was treated with ETOPOSIDE, PERCHLORATE, METHIMAZOLE, PROPRANOLOL, METHOTREXATE, LEUCOVORIN CALCIUM. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, ETOPOSIDE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, VINCRISTINE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal neoplasm, choriocarcinoma, disseminated intravascular coagulation, flank pain, haematoma, pneumonia , pulmonary haemorrhage, respiratory failure, shock haemorrhagic. Cosmegen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, ETOPOSIDE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, VINCRISTINE. Patient recovered.
