Male patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with testicular germ cell tumour mixed stage iii and was treated with Cosmegen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: renal artery stenosis, renal atrophy. Cosmegen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CISPLATIN, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, ETOPOSIDE, METHOTREXATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
