Cosmegen Side Effects Report #4565457-4
Cosmegen side effect was reported by a Physician from on July 07, 2004. Male patient, 27 years of age, weighting 114.6 lb, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma  and was treated with Cosmegen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adverse event, anaemia, bone marrow depression, bone pain, disseminated intravascular coagulation, haemoglobin decreased, haemorrhagic diathesis, iiird nerve paralysis, metastases to bone. Cosmegen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ONCOVIN, IFOMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/27/2003.

Cosmegen side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on July 17, 2006. Female patient, 20 years of age, was diagnosed with choriocarcinoma and was treated with Cosmegen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disseminated intravascular coagulation, pneumonia , pulmonary haemorrhage, respiratory failure. Cosmegen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, ETOPOSIDE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, VINCRISTINE. Patient recovered.

Cosmegen side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on July 26, 2006. Female patient, 20 years of age, was diagnosed with choriocarcinoma and was treated with Cosmegen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adrenal neoplasm, choriocarcinoma, disseminated intravascular coagulation, flank pain, haematoma, pneumonia , pulmonary haemorrhage, respiratory failure, shock haemorrhagic. Cosmegen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, ETOPOSIDE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, VINCRISTINE. Patient recovered.
