Male patient, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with secondary adrenocortical insufficiency, hypopituitarism and was treated with Cortril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: central pontine myelinolysis. Cortril dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THYRADIN S. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient recovered.
