Female patient, weighting 191.8 lb, was diagnosed with back pain , gastritis erosive, epilepsy , hypercholesterolaemia and was treated with Cortisone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , bedridden, breast mass, convulsion, emotional disorder, epilepsy , feeling abnormal, feeling of body temperature change. Cortisone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, FRISIUM, SIMVASTATIN, SENNA ALEXANDRINA, TRILEPTAL. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
