Cortef side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from CANADA on June 28, 2006. Female patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with addison's disease  and was treated with Cortef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, blood sodium decreased, chest discomfort, chest pain , dehydration, dyspnoea, heart rate increased, hyperhidrosis. Cortef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLORINEF, LEVOTHYROXINE, PREDNISONE, PROVERA, THYROID, PREMARIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, blood sodium decreased, chest discomfort, chest pain , dehydration, dyspnoea, haemorrhage, heart rate increased. Cortef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROVERA, PREDNISONE, LEVOTHYROXINE, CORTISONE ACETATE, PREMARIN, FLORINEF. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Cortef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROVERA, PREDNISONE, LEVOTHYROXINE, CORTISONE ACETATE, PREMARIN, FLORINEF. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
