Female patient, weighting 136.3 lb, was diagnosed with secondary adrenocortical insufficiency and was treated with Cortef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, diverticulitis, eating disorder , large intestine perforation, malaise, rotator cuff syndrome, weight increased. Cortef dosage: TEXT:EVERYDAY TDD:15MG. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, AVIANE, SPIRONOLACTONE W. Patient recovered.

Cortef dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HUMALOG. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, adrenocortical insufficiency acute, arthralgia, blood cortisol decreased, joint swelling, pain . Cortef dosage: 25 MG (25 MG, DAILY INTERVAL: EVERYDAY). During the same period patient was treated with GENOTROPIN, ESTROGENS SOL, THYROID, FLORINEF. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
