Female patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis , osteoarthritis , osteoporosis  and was treated with Cortancyl. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coronary artery disease , dyspnoea. Cortancyl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ART, FIXICAL VITAMINE D3, FORTEO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
