Cortancyl side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Mar 30, 2006. Female patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 55.12 lb, was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome and was treated with Cortancyl. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: clonus, coma, convulsion, disorientation, headache , hypertensive encephalopathy, visual disturbance. Cortancyl dosage: 25 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with NEORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, confusional state, convulsion, encephalopathy. Cortancyl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, NEORAL, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.
