Correctol side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 12, 2005. Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with constipation  and was treated with Correctol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, constipation , dyspepsia, intestinal obstruction, nausea , urinary tract infection , volvulus of bowel. Correctol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DULCOLAX, MILK OF MAGNESIA, INSULIN, HYDRALAZINE, CAPOTEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/22/2004.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: intestinal obstruction, laxative abuse. Correctol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SENOKOT, FLEET PHOSPHO, DULCOLAX, CARTERS ETSJES, COLACE. Patient recovered.
