Male patient, 31 years of age, weighting 225.0 lb, was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infection and was treated with Coricidin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, aneurysm ruptured, depression , dizziness , haemorrhagic stroke, hypertension, nausea , sensation of heaviness, subarachnoid haemorrhage. Coricidin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NASAL PREPARATION, DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE, PROZAC, ZOLOFT. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
