After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arteritis, burning sensation, cardiac enzymes increased, cardiac procedure complication, chest pain
, coronary artery reocclusion, coronary artery stenosis, medical device complication, myocardial infarction. Cordis dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
