Female patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia, acute myocardial infarction and was treated with Cordarone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , hyperthyroidism, tachycardia. Cordarone dosage: 100 MG 1X PER 1 DAY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CAPOTEN, LIPITOR, OMAOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Patient died.
