Cool side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on May 21, 2005. Male patient, 86 years of age, weighting 190.0 lb, was diagnosed with toothache and was treated with Cool. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: intentional misuse, scrotal infection, skin infection, staphylococcal infection . Cool dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 28 years of age, weighting 175.0 lb, was diagnosed with intentional misuse, overdose and was treated with Cool. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol use, chest pain , dyspepsia, fear, hypertension, hypoaesthesia, intentional misuse, malaise, refusal of treatment by patient. Cool dosage: 500 ML ONCE, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with COOL MINT LISTERINE, ETHANOL. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with FLUNITRAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
