Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 239.4 lb, was diagnosed with nasopharyngitis and was treated with Contac. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, arteriosclerosis, dyspnoea, hyperhidrosis, hypertension, hypoaesthesia, myocardial infarction. Contac dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , cardiac arrest , cerebral infarction, chest pain , coma, dizziness , dyspnoea, headache , hemianopia homonymous. Contac dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLYBURIDE, ISOSORBIDE, NORVASC, CLARITIN, SPIRONOLACTONE, NITROQUICK, BETAPACE, LASIX. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 06/12/2000.
