Conivaptan Side Effects Report #5934263-8
Conivaptan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 28, 2008. Male patient, 15 years of age, weighting 74.96 lb, was diagnosed with anuria, hyponatraemia, oliguria and was treated with Conivaptan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atelectasis, blood sodium decreased, bradycardia, cardio-respiratory arrest, central venous pressure increased, cyanosis, fluid overload, haemorrhage, heart rate decreased. Conivaptan dosage: 20-MG BOLUS + -4 MG X1 EVENT #1 IV 20-MG BOLUS + -1 MG X1 EVENT #2 IV. During the same period patient was treated with CONIVAPTAN HYDROCHLORIDE, CONIVAPTAN HYDROCHLORIDE, CONIVAPTAN HYDROCHLORIDE, CONIVAPTAN HYDROCHLORIDE, CONIVAPTAN HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 11/27/2007.
