Female patient, 75 years of age, weighting 123.5 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, dyslipidaemia, acute coronary syndrome and was treated with Concor. Concor dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRITACE, ZOCOR, ASPIRIN, PLAVIX. Patient died on 08/13/2007.

Male patient, 90 years of age, was diagnosed with cardiac failure chronic and was treated with Concor. Concor dosage: 5,00 MG (5 MG, 1 IN 1 D) ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ACCUPRIL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZID, FURON, CORVATON. Patient died.
