Female patient, weighting 17.00 lb, was diagnosed with pyrexia, bronchopneumonia and was treated with Concentrated. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, listless, screaming. Concentrated dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CONCENTRATED INFANTS TYLENOL PLUS COLD, CARBAXEFED DM RF, CARBAXEFED DM RF, AMOXICILLIN, MOTRIN, PEDIALYTE. Patient died on 12/15/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, dysphagia, gingival blister, oral mucosal blistering, pyrexia, screaming, swelling face. Concentrated dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CONCENTRATED MOTRIN INFANTS. Patient recovered.
